It is important to us to support and encourage young talent and to give them their first long-term experience of working life. Whether it is a work placement, a part-time job alongside your studies, or support during your studies with in-depth practical experience – we offer the chance to get started in almost every area.
From day one, you will be part of our team, be involved in day-to-day business, take on responsibility, and be given your own tasks to work on. You will remain in close contact with your mentor to gain a great deal of theoretical and practical knowledge, which will be of enormous help to you on your career path.
