Even in today's era, it is still necessary to solder individual components by hand. These components may not be suitable for automated soldering processes, or they may involve upgrades or layout changes after the assembly process.
Therefore, we have various manual soldering stations and specially trained personnel to meet these requirements. We regularly conduct internal training sessions on various areas/applications based on IPC standards to further educate our employees and reinforce existing knowledge.
