Today, we welcome and congratulate our newly qualified Electronic Pros!
Our 5 apprentices successfully passed their final exam as Electronics Technicians for Devices and Systems yesterday. During the ceremonial handover of their employment contracts and the farewell of one apprentice, all of them shared their experiences from the practical exam, reflected on their training period, and looked ahead to the future with their new leaders. For our two trainers, this is always a special event, as they have accompanied the apprentices throughout the 3 ½ years of their training and witnessed their professional and personal development.
We are especially pleased that 4 of the Electronic Pros will continue to stay with us and will now be working in our electronics manufacturing.
