The following services are provided in the assembly sector:
- Partial or complete mounting of assemblies
- Wiring
- Programming and functional or electrical final testing
- Customised packaging incl. accessories kits
- Variant handling (e.g., special programming in accordance with the intended use)
- Control cabinet construction
It is not uncommon for us to release products or production centres together with their end customers.
In assembly, we employ state-of-the-art guided screwdriver systems as well as software for worker guidance.
Customized assemblies are carried out in specially designed production centers as needed (e.g., for large quantities or specific know-how).
Tools required for assemblies are manufactured through our in-house toolmaking facility and by using our own 3D printers.
