Protection against moisture, dirt and vibrations
To protect assemblies against moisture/dirt and to prevent early failures due to factors such as vibrations/temperature fluctuations, it is often necessary to fix individual components or encapsulate entire circuits/housings.
We have various methods/techniques/materials in place to meet these customer requirements.
Examples include:
- Dispensing units for 1K/2K adhesives
- Scheugenpflug potting systems
- 2K dos potting systems
The adhesives and encapsulants used are cured either in ambient conditions, using UV light, or in ovens under controlled temperature.
