Selective soldering of products
We also offer our customers the option of selective soldering for products. With our 4 selective soldering systems, repeatable and process-secure soldering with consistently high quality can be achieved.
All systems have been specially equipped for us, which makes them highly flexible in their uses. The use of 2 working areas per machine, or even double nozzles in some cases, means that different nozzle sizes can be used and cycle times are reduced considerably.
All our selective soldering systems are operated under a nitrogen atmosphere, which ensures the quality of the soldering results.
For years, we have successfully implemented this process for various customers and applications. The assemblies are soldered in universal frames or, if required, in customer-specific frames.
