Responsibilities of Quality Management:

Standard tasks of quality management include implementing customer requirements, sample approvals (PPAP, PPF), handling PFMEA, IMDS, MSA, SPC, PDCA, audits, risk assessments, customer service, 8D analyses, reporting, and continuous improvement processes (KVP).

On behalf of our customers, we manufacture and manage products that have special properties according to customer specifications (e.g., EX products, products with safety levels (SIL), products with UL characteristics or with GS labels), including associated factory inspections.

Customer satisfaction

For years, we have been assessing and tracking customer satisfaction in our own interest and in the interest of our customers. Since the company's inception, ML&S's quality results have consistently exceeded those of comparable partners.
